President's Message
It is an immense honor and privilege to serve as the President of the BMANA California Chapter for the 2026 to 2028 term.
Our organization has a proud legacy of uniting Bangladeshi American physicians and healthcare professionals through professional excellence, friendship, and a shared commitment to humanitarian service. I am deeply grateful for the dedication of the leaders who came before us, and I look forward to working alongside our Executive Committee and members to carry this proud tradition forward.
My goal is to lead with integrity, unite our members, and empower everyone to work together toward our shared mission.
Our core priorities for the upcoming term include:
• Professional Development and Mentorship: Strengthening continuing medical education (CME), research opportunities, and professional networking, with a focus on guiding and supporting young physicians and medical trainees.
• Community Health and Outreach: Serving local and global communities through health education and preventive care, while continuing to expand our humanitarian efforts for those in need across the United States and Bangladesh.
• Innovation and Partnerships: Embracing digital technology and forging strategic partnerships with other professional and community organizations to maximize our impact.
I envision a vibrant chapter where professional excellence is guided by compassion, where experience inspires the next generation, and where volunteerism unites us in service. Our success will be measured not only by the programs we organize but by the lives we touch and the legacy we leave for future generations.
I sincerely invite all BMANA CA members to actively participate in this journey. Your ideas, enthusiasm, and support are invaluable as we work toward a stronger, more connected, and highly impactful organization.
Thank you for your trust and support.
With gratitude and warm regards,
Dr. Syeda Kabir
